NCOH Role: NCOH served as the licensed asbestos assessor overseeing the clean-up of fire damaged properties that contained asbestos containing materials (ACM). Initial site inspections, air monitoring during clean-up and site clearance inspections with soil sampling were undertaken.

Project goals: Safe and efficient clean up of the fire affected properties to ensure the property owners could start the rebuilding process as quickly and stress-free as possible. 

Outcome: NCOH oversaw the successful remediation of almost 30 fire affected properties across the NSW North Coast.
